Wow... too much excitement!!! I am the featured artist in the August 2009 edition of Australian Artist Magazine!!!!!!
Getting into this wonderful publication as an artist in my own right is a goal I set for myself way back in 1998. In those days, I drew in pastel, and sculpted in clay... but was literally terrified of paint.
A job lot of second hand art materials came up for sale, so I bought it, and spent a whole bunch of time playing in the studio with my friend Randi, learning how to use it all. So was born my tumultuous affair with colour and movement, which continues to expand and take over more and more of my conscious ( and subconscious!) mind.
Not stopping anytime soon!
